HELLO! I’m Alexandra and I’m a documentary wedding photographer based near Oxford. I’m also within a short distance of the beautiful Cotswolds countryside. I specialise in reportage wedding photography throughout Oxfordshire, the Home Counties and the Cotswolds and I’ve been photographing weddings for over a decade.

Weddings are about people and the interactions between them whether that be tears, laughter or pure joy. I specialise in telling the story of your day through photographs – just real uninterrupted moments as they happen, no posing, you and your guests enjoying the celebrations. If you aren’t sure whether documentary photography is right for you then have a look at my Style & Approach page to get a better idea.

Essentially I shoot for an album because of the way the photographs work together to tell a story. I’m a big advocate of having something tangible to hold and flick through for years to come and hopefully eventually to give to your kids.

However that might not be your thing so I offer a digital only coverage as standard and if you want to upgrade to include a beautiful Queensberry album, you can. See my pricing page for more details.

I photograph weddings all year round, not just the summer months and tend to book up 6-12 months in advance so please use the contact form or call (01844) 318 122 if you have a date booked.

I am proud to be a recommended photographer for The Tythe Barn, Launton, The Bodleian Library, Oxford and Rhodes House, Oxford.
